The ITCN CCDF Program is committed to strengthening and stabilizing the early childhood workforce. ITCN CCDF is offering stipends to eligible early childhood educators to recognize their essential role in the development and care of young children.
This initiative supports efforts to stabilize and retain a skilled child care workforce by providing recognition to those dedicated to the field. It strengthens the quality of care for children by reducing staff turnover and alleviating economic stress among educators. Additionally, it helps build a stronger child care system that promotes stable, high-quality environments for children and families.
